Silverton Manor Apartments

"I just moved out last month. Definitely not somewhere you want to live. The only positive thing I can say is that it's a roof over your head. The management is NOT responsive to anything unless it is an EMERGENCY. Even then, I wouldn't count on them. Any "maintenance" done was not done well and/or not completed. Repairs are a joke. The whole (non-smoking) unit stank with smoke. There was mold around one of the bedroom windows, both closets, and along the living room wall. The front door didn't seal properly- by that I mean you could see daylight coming through underneath and when they run the leaf blowers all the dirt comes inside. I cleaned the unit until it practically sparkled before we moved out. Honestly, we left it better than we found it... and we got less than 70% of our deposit back because of what most human beings consider "normal wear and tear." Don't move here unless you're desperate. Even then... you'd probably still be better off living in your Mom's basement."

"We had an open hole in our ceiling for about 3 weeks. One of the bedroom windows leaked when it rained. It smelled like smoke after the new paint smell and new carpet smell disappeared. When we left we discovered mold had grown on the walls behind where our couch was, and both bedroom closets. You could see daylight through the "seal" around the front door. Found a couple of the last tenants things in the back of the cupboards. And after it was clean we were charged for odors during carpet cleaning. Yeah..... wonder where those odors came from? Lipstick on a pig. It's a roof over your head but I don't want to live here again."

"I would give zero stars if possible. Management is a complete joke. They don’t repair anything after months of filing work orders and complaints. They violate peoples rights who come to visit. They are rude and unprofessional. The apartments are filled with black mold but they continue to ignore it, but yet the rent continues to rise for this horrible apartment complex. I would urge you to look elsewhere if you can."
