"Lived here for 10 years. It was so bad. They kept all our depsot even though we had to replace our own appliances because no one would fix anything. Theres so much more."
"My sister and I currently live here, and it's a nice place, perfect for the two of us. The only problem we have is that our downstairs neighbors (we are obviously in an upstairs apartment) continue to harass us for existing. I know for a fact that we are not the only ones in the complex who have had issues with them, and our ex-neighbor (who we still have contact with because she's amazing) has complained to Terry several times about them. Something should have been done about the harassment ages ago, but nothing has been so far. We're putting in a formal complaint and going right on ahead and taking the issue to Bunting Management, because we doubt that even a formal complaint will get anything done. We've had to call the cops twice on the people downstairs and nothing has been done so far. Hopefully the issue will be resolved by going to Terry's bosses. Other than the manager not doing anything about constant complaints about offensive neighbors, however, it's a pretty nice place. I don't have any issues with anyone else and the complex does seem to be taken care of pretty well."
"I don't live here, but I live close enough. The manager can never hold up to his word on getting things done.4 calls in 1 month for one task is ridiculous. The kids have threatened to kill my chickens (I've heard it myself) . Also they throw rocks at our animals, try to feed our dogs food. Throw rocks at the windows of other people's homes. I RARELY see any adults. Two minutes ago two little kids, one was way too young to be alone, and they just threw a rock at my window. I went out to talk to them or an adult, and of course non were there. The people at the apartment complex need to watch their children, the Manager needs to tell the adults what happens. If that window would have broke, that glass would have been all over my husband and I, our bed is right there."
"Awesome place to live. Terry is a great manager and has never been afraid to give me a hand. It help me in anyway that he can. Everyone is friendly but keeps to themselves. And far enough off main st that you don't have to much traffic. Would highly recommend."
