"We lived here for eight years and it was a pretty good experience. I would give five stars if it weren't for Norris and Stevens themselves not willing to work with us on having to be late on rent a few times due to my loss of income from disability. And also they don't allow window AC units, and most of the grounds doesn't have adequate shade to keep the inside cool. They want you to use a portable one, which in 450 sqft, is unrealistic for any living configuration. The manager, Bobbie, is amazing and makes you feel welcome without being intrusive. Maintenance was fast to respond and fixed an problems."
