"An absolute disgraceful place and maintenance crew. Today the crew decimated an active Federally Protected Swallow Nest. The birds are devastated and making a very sad chirp. My heart is broken for these Beautiful birds. Shame on this place! I have turned you into the Oregon Fish & Wildlife."

"I have always paid my rents on time and when I moved out we cleaned the room as it was handed to us and we have pictures to prove it. A month later they send me a bill of $1,000 and kept my deposit of $500 by claiming the unit smelled. I am pretty sure everybody cooks at home and your food will leave smell around your house. That is part of renting a unit, nothing has been destroyed or vandalized. This is beyond comprehension that Apartment owners can send you a bill for cooking food at the unit and claim the unit smells like food. Further they have send my dispute to collections, so please whoever decides to rent with Deer Creek Crossing, be careful and do your research."

"Just moved out of here a month ago. Management would not fix things, then charged us for them when we moved out. We spent a day and a half cleaning, they held our deposit and charged us over $500 in miscellaneous cleaning fees. They charged us for blind slats we were told where given for free. Charged for a screen their pressure washer broke. I was also yelled at by the managers drunk husband a few times accused of smoking when I wasn't. When we realized they held our deposit (in the middle of a pandemic) we called to figure out what was going on, after three messages and no calls back we went over their head to the management company. Also they charge way to much and rent increase happens at least once a year."

"If I had the choice of giving no stars I would. I lived here for over ten years. The management never did anything sept falsely accuse people of things. We got an eviction notice for chairs being on our porch when the neighbors had grills and bikes. The rent goes up every couple months and they tried charging us over 1000 a month for a 2 bed 1 bath. Did I mention they never fixed anything? Took them a week to get someone to fix the sink. I’d say you can find a better place. And traffic sucks as well living there. Especially because you gotta make a u turn and west salem is usually backed up all the way to the apartments"

"I've lived here for two years, moving in a week. The want 930-960 for 2 bd 2 bath. They aren't upgraded, ant and insect problem( the refuse to help with) and they have no amenities! Oh wait they have 2 working swings, and a run down work out room. I would recommend looking elsewhere. I'm glad to be moving to a beautiful home for less!!!"
