"Nice apartments, not too small but not big either. All appliances included even washer and dryer which is a big plus… unfortunately the rent is a little and will be increasing."

"not insulated, freezing in winter, boiling in summer, you can hear ever noise the neighjbor makes, and the guy in the next door property will be up at 2am banging on an old dryer with a hammer and smokes cigarettes by the back fence so your apartment always stinks. manager wont answer our calls or return them. upper management wont deal with him. building is so cheap the floors and walls are separating and theres already cracks in all the paint between the creases and the door frames are coming apart"
