"Premium property management and all of its employees that I've had the pleasure of working with have been amazing! I was fortunate enough to find them during a difficult time in my life and they were extremely helpful in getting me into a new place to stay. They were quick and efficient in the process and, in light of new information they received from a previous rental property, moved up my move in date to avoid me being homeless for Thanksgiving. Geoff our property manager has always been quick to respond and helpful for any need that arises. They have even worked with the property owner to address some needed changes. Geoff even worked with me when I had extenuating circumstances and had forgotten to pay rent. We quickly worked out a payment plan to get me back on track and he waived the late fees! Fantastic company and work with and compassionate employees! Hard to find in a property management company but this team has it all!!"
