"I have lived here for a few years now, and I am very impressed by how well-kept the apartments are. They are maintained to the highest degree. The grounds are kept beautifully. The sidewalks and stairwells are power washed annually and more if needed. Repairs are quickly addressed. The maintenance workers are kind, professional, and easy to work. It is a lovely and safe to live. I am very grateful to live here:) Thank you for all the hard and diligent work to keep it a nice place to live!"
"The apartments are made cheaply, likely to save money and make a profit off of hard working people who probably have a hard time paying for rent anyway. Parking is outrageous. They provide one spot for each apartment, which by the way isn't guaranteed per the lease. But it doesn't even matter, because if someone parks in your spot, they don't do anything about it. But hey, on the bright side, you can just park wherever you want and not have to worry about them towing you or even addressing it! I have tried to contact the management and administrative staff multiple times. They have replied a total of one time, likely only because I suggested I would not pay rent or would look into legal action for the current situation. Even then, they were not friendly about the situation and likely didn't even take into consideration my thoughts. I'd like to also say when you suggest property improvements, give good ideas to management, they will not consider them. They will cite Fair Housing Law, which actually does not apply to everything, but applies to discrimination towards vulnerable populations. Overall, I would say look elsewhere and spend your money wisely. I would have preferred not to live here, but was fooled into thinking they take care of their residents. Also, I know they will reply to this with an automated system saying they want my feedback, which is obviously not true evidenced by my previous statement. Show some respect and have management reply directly to this if you actually have any integrity."
"We have lived here almost three years now and it used to be so nice, apartments were brand new and do feel luxury though after being here awhile it’s clear much of the work was rushed. We found so much random preexisting damage right after moving in that I’m sure we’ll be charge for. Parking is absolutely horrible yet management refuses to do anything about vehicles that have been abandoned for months or about the parents using the lot of school drop off/pick up. If you get off late you’re absolutely screwed out of a spot. Trash area is disgusting and you can’t step one foot into the grass without landing in dog or cat poop as we have feral cats that now roam the property. Management is always coming up with new things that violate our lease including Halloween window clings our children put up for a couple weeks, as well as previously approved patio string lights. Every time the rent goes up (which is does) I wonder what we’re paying for."
"Updated Review: This apartment complex has really gone downhill since we moved in 3 years ago. When we first moved in I gave it a 5 star rating due to the fantastic communication from the office staff. They were incredible personable and handled everything professionally and in a timely matter. The grounds used to stay clean and we had no issues with parking. Fast forward to 2023... we have not had a great experience as of recently. While I love that this is a dog friendly community, there is dog poop on ever speck of the grass in the complex. You cannot take your dog potty without them or you stepping in poop. Also, as others have mentioned, the parking is a real issue. If you live with other people and anyone get home after 7pm they will not find anywhere to park besides the elementary school across the street and of course they will have to take the long route and not cut through the grass if they want to avoid stepping in poop. I will say these apartments are very very nice to live in. They feel huge because of the high ceilings and the materials they used to build are high end and really nice. I can also say that any time I have put in a maintainence request it is fulfilled that day or withing a few days and the maintainence employees are always super friendly. This place has its perks but it also definitely has its fair share of issues."
"I lived at Timber ridge from Jan 2022 to August 2023. when I moved in I asked if they would provide sample paint when I move out since I wanted to put up 1-2 paintings to which they said sure. When it was time to move out they had changed their policy. Mind these these are tiny less than 1/4” spots - they charged me $70. I had my apartment professionally cleaned- they still charged me $170. This is theft plain and simple."
