"Greedy landlords with new management staff being unhelpful. In the span of a month I've had my rent raised 9% and my car totaled due to the assigned carport collapsing onto my car. I asked to have my current rate month-to-month extended as I've lived here for 8 years without missing payment and have been a quiet tenant without issue + the issues stated above and was told "no, that is policy". They do not care about their residents and only want your money. Shame as prior to this and new management I would've rated this complex fairly high as prior staff was willing to work with their tenants. Greed greed greed..."

"I initially enjoyed living at Northgreen, however things took a turn for the worse during my second year of residency. After my roommate was diagnosed with a mental health disorder, we were subject to multiple instances of discrimination by Tom Weaverling, property manager. After moving out I received an $800 deduction from my security deposit, even though I spent weeks making sure everything was spotless. When asked about the invoice charges, Tom stated that he found "cat urine residue in the carpet pads" worth $400 of damage (which was not true in the slightest, the animal in question is completely litter box trained) and could not allocate where the rest of the charges came from over the phone. He also stated that the invoices were not explained on the paper notice due to "new people", blaming his other coworkers. I believe this to be a case of discrimination due to the fact that Tom attempted to make my previous roommate at the property (upon trying to reinstate his residency there) sign a document for "3 days eviction notice" if there was ever an "issue" again, which he did not sign under the premise of mental discrimination. Tom even gave me the wrong address to dispute these charges and I had to look it up to find the proper email. If you reside in this complex, be prepared to have to fight to get your money back."
