"Willamette Park is truly an amazing apartment community thanks to the hard work and caring of the apartment managers Jeff and Casey. Read that again: our LANDLORDS care and work to make this a place that everyone is comfortable and can call home. The setting is superbly landscaped and well-maintained with lots of trees, shrubs, and grass. There is a playground, a clubhouse, and an exercise room accessible 24/7. The clubhouse has fun events at least once a month to build community. The families who live here include young working adults and college kids, families with kids from babes in arms to teenagers, and some seniors, like me, who have simplified their lives after decades of caring for family homes. Pets are welcome; there is a small fenced dog park and ample adjacent park space for dogs to roam. Just be a good neighbor: keep your dog on leash and use the bags they provide to pick up after them. I have a lovely, large [about 1000 Sq ft], and affordable 2 bedroom apartment with large windows in every room and a balcony for summer evenings and an outdoor storage area. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are all provided. Maintenance needs are taken care of immediately – usually within a few hours (or less). When I needed my dryer replaced, it took a couple of days because they had to order a new one! My neighbors are great, generous & kind. We look after another... looking after mail and packages, helping me move heavy items up the stairs, and such. It’s not quite heaven, but it’s close."
