"Pros: Good location, affordable rent, two bathrooms, w/d hookups, friendly community. Cons: Cornerstone property management is the type of management company that will post a $75 late fee TWO days after your payment was paid, and require you to pay it THAT DAY, or risk another $75 late fee. Also, forget about getting anything fixed. One of my windows doesn’t have a screen and i asked the office if they would provide another one and they refused. No amenities and their office closes at 1pm, so if you want to talk to anybody, you better sacrifice your lunch and fast if you want to talk to the management gods."
