"Never had any issues with management. Everything has also been handled in a timely and professional manner. It’s quiet and well kept."
"Nice little mobile home estates. First impression was good unlike most mobile home estates in Eugene."
"Wonderful environment, the manager so kind, and we definitely recommend. Great area too! Check them out for potential mobile home housing needs."
"They will clam bad. Credit is reason for. Not allowing one to rent in their park . Even though it me my girlfriend and our daughter. I was 23 when this happens and may have been because my age they thought I was just a stupid kid they could push around. Affter talking with the general manager of the park learned they can't use "bad credit "as a reason. I was then contacted by the managers ans informed i could in fact move in . I was then presented with long "resale compliance notice" this states ever porch and owning needed to be torn completely off and rebuilt . Along with a wall enclosing my porch , I was told I can not get materials from Craigslist and get materials all must be new and the wall must be done with t111 witch is $31.99 per sheet New . All of witch is simply because we are friends of the people who lived in the trailer prior to us. She had been evicted and was selling us her house . The on-site manager Nicole Jasper's and "maintenance man" mark Jones wanted this house but didn't want to buy it so they were trying to seize her trailer . All the owner could do was sell it to us to avoid the park giving her $1.00 for her house Affter moving in it was non stop harassment about stupid complaints including my das mowing my yard because i was working7 days A week. And did not have the time to . it and needed to be mowed so my dad did for . I'm happy to be done dealing with them and wouldn't advise anyone to move in has the space rent here is 425 and has been increasing regularly since we moved in with absolutely no updates or maintenance to the park.an any resident on the the same street as me As #52 watch out because I was told several times in person that the owners of this park want our entire block gone and they've successfully gotten rid of me and two other people on that block so look out"
