"Coming from out of state, this was our new home when we moved to Oregon. My children and I enjoyed the spacious apartment and the views. Overall, it was a very peaceful experience with the exception of a couple of incidents. Our neighbors were loud and the walls are thin, so it was sometimes challenging to get some sleep. The community overall did not seem BIPOC friendly. My kids and I experienced a couple of unfortunate incidents that are out of management control. Management did their best to help us feel comfortable. I would consider moving there again."

"I have lived and worked at this property for more than 5 years. Ownership is proactive with maintenance. Staff are generally happy to help residents and the property provides good value. Overall, I feel Witham Village Apartments is an excellent choice in Corvallis."

"There are several things to keep in mind if you are thinking of renting from Witham Village. During the year that I lived there, they did a lot of work on the property. This meant that the place looked great, but that there was often quite a bit of noise, particularly in the mid to late mornings. The management was generally very helpful and professional. The upkeep on the apartments was fantastic. When I moved out, I lost my security deposit. Some of the reasons they gave were legitimate, but some seemed like obvious exaggerations. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. I would have no qualms about renting here again."

"The Community is very quite and comfort for living. It has a right size gym which is my favorite part because I can walk out whenever I want to. The office staff are very friendly, they can always give me useful information when I need some help. The apartment is well equipped with new refrigerator and stove when I moved in and had no problem in last two years. Sometimes you will find deer in the open backyard. It will give the feeling of living in the forest. Route 1 stops in the walnut blvd which takes you straight to the edge of campus. Overall, good choice for everyone."

"I lived here a couple years ago and was very pleased with almost everything overall with Witham Village! Actually, I appreciated it so much that I in-fact moved back to Witham Village! I would have to say my experience the 2nd time around has been even better because of the fact that the new management is so much more friendly and very easy to talk to- not to mention they are very clear about explaining everything and really show that they do care. Best management I've ever experienced. Yes, you do see them quite a bit walking around, but that shouldn't matter if you aren't doing anything wrong! You also see deer walk through often, which is a nice touch. Witham Village is such a safe, clean and quiet community. Not to mention the prices are decent and the gym is even renovated! Also the pool has always been great- the times I have been in it, it has always been very clean and also very fun and relaxing. There are always landscapers outside, whether they are blowing leaves or making the parking spots / driveway look nice - they do well at keeping it looking good around here!"
