Management always finds new and fun ways to keep the community happy. I personally love our monthly news letters. North Pointe appartments are a great place to call home."

"I have lived at North Pointe for three years now. We have had a lot of growing pains at the complex in that time. A large corporation bought the complex and during the transition there was high turnover in the office and a ton of confusion. I am happy to say though that I am so glad I stuck with them through the difficulties because our newest property manager is GOLD! Erik jumped right in and started fixing things that hadn't worked, upgrading asthetics, and best of all, cleaning up paperwork that had been a mess with all the turnover. I have been trying to get my lease to reflect correct information for 2 1/2 years to no avail. Erik took care of it in 5 minutes. He is friendly and always smiling. He's friendly with the kids and is so easy to work with. You walk away feeling like he cares about you as a tenant and not just the corporate bottom line. It is a pleasure living at North Pointe once again. THANK YOU ERIK!"

"Nice clean apartments and friendly staff. Management has been helpful. I submitted a non urgent maintenance request and it was completed in less than a week. They kept the hot tub open thru the winter, which was a plus! It’s a quiet neighborhood. Some people complain about the train’s horn, but it doesn’t bother me."

"I lived here for a year and they were initially a great place, but it went downhill after they changed management. They weren't organized, and we were always overcharged for rent and had to keep coming to the office every month to get it straightened out. The new managers were polite but they were always rotating managers every time I went in and I had to keep clarifying my situation because their office was a mess and no one kept track of anything. I had to tell them three times that my cat passed away before they took note of it. Our rent was also 1300 for a 2bd 1bath, but they've raised the price to 1650 so we left. They do get maintenance done in a timely manner and they were pet friendly."

"We signed for 1575/month for 6 months and they tried to increase our rent by another 100-200 if we renewed. That’s just rent, we pay all our utilities on top of that. Maintenance guy is nice but very busy. Management tried to charge us for an extra 6 days because our 30 day notice was a little late so we had to confront them about it and then after struggling to find where the requirement was for the 30 day notice in our contract refunded the 6 days. Still waiting to see if they give us trouble with the deposit. Edit - despite having no issues in our walk through with them they charged us an couple hundred dollars in cleaning fees and up charged a couple of our utilities despite not having lived there in the last month of our lease. Working on getting it back but again I do not recommend"
