"Really wish their providers lists would be current and updated continuously. It's almost impossible to find a provider who's taking new patients, regardless of what their site says or how many times you call customer service and speak to someone who tells you directly, their provider records aren't accurate."

"Their provider directory is really outdated even though there are laws that require it be updated and accurate. There are almost no actual available providers, many don't take the insurance or aren't even a primary care provider. There were drug treatment places even listed as a primary care. When you call for assistance you never know what you'll get. Sometimes a helpful person that does follow through with getting you help. Too often though, a very young sounding person that can't answer your questions and won't get you to someone that can. You literally have to keep calling back to get a different person. I was frustrated on a call to them and said this is so hard I feel like giving up, the girl said "Yeah maybe you should". I was trying to get help finding a specialist."
