"Martin is no longer manager at the Lynnwood. The new owners are the kind of people that give landlords a bad reputation. You weren’t interested in discussing it when I was forced out of my home for my health and safety from the major construction you chose to do during a pandemic. You said you’re allowed to do it and i can move. After months of terrible conditions and complaints that were disregarded, I finally moved despite the hardship you are responsible for because the building was not safe to live in. You are not good people."

"The building itself deserves 1 star, but Martin the property manager deserves 7 stars, so I'm giving it 4. There isn't a single 90º angle in the whole building, but Martin introduced me to some tunes that saved my life."

"I absolutely adore living here! It is close to most things you need (coffee, restaurants, groceries, etc.) The laundry room is almost never busy (plus you can find some good free stuff in there). And the property manager, Martin, is very helpful, kind, and funny. He often leaves out free coffee and donuts in the lobby which is a great bonus."
