"Building has "secure" entry but anyone can enter. Maintenance uses used parts to fix leaky toilets and faucets. If management does not like you, work orders are timely but quality is sub par. Fellow residents may isolate and disrespect you and your home. But if you just need a roof over your head? You're good."

"Great apartments. I'm low income & they gave me a chance. Housing is housing, no point in complaining when you're not on the streets like the majority of Portland! Be grateful, stay humble"

"This is a nice place. I have been here many times visiting my close friend of many years who is a resident and also on call worker. The place is modern, clean and well kept. Managed very well imo. Especially despite the area outside directly and about with homeless and all their 'trash' and trashy behavior. I knocked off one star because of all the stories I heard about residents who did drugs and alcohol etc in excess and flooded their apartment with water, and of course damage below to other residents. And other crazy stories. BUT despite all that I can honestly say this place is really well run, its just the few rotten apples that get in there."
