They came out once ( after a call from me 3 weeks after the request) and since then they have had to cancel ( weather) but it should not take 45 days to get a security issue repaired. In their portal they keep saying my repairs are completed so they can move them all into one incompleted job ( figuring it looks better on their matrix).
