"Living here was terrible. I didn't have a working shower for the first month of my residency which is illegal as it means the unit is not habitable. At one point I requested maintenance to support with a clogged garbage disposal and it took 4 days for them to respond meaning I could not use my kitchen sink for four days. At one point my unit flooded and it took them two weeks to address the issue and the carpet was only replaced in one room. I have a feeling there is now mold growing beneath both bedroom carpets. I experienced two separate occasions where I needed support with my toilet, on both occasions my request was to responded to for multiple days and only after I made multiple calls, leaving me without a functional toilet for multiple days. I also had a leak in my kitchen ceiling that was not addressed for multiple days. After it was repaired, fungus grew out of my single. Maintenance came to look at the fungus but never did anything to address it so I had visible fungus growing out of my ceiling for nearly 6 months which is an extreme health concern. I have no idea who even works at the property as all calls go to a call center rather than the actual leasing office staff. When I was moving out, I attempted to make contact multiple times via both email and phone and was never responded to and therefore I know nothing about what was expected of me during the move out process including when a walk through would occur or what I could do with my keys. These apartments are not poorly managed, they are negligently managed. I would not recommend to anyone to live here unless they want to constantly deal with property maintenance issues that negatively impact the habitability of their apartment."

"the worst place I’ve ever lived. I feel embarrassed having anyone over because of how rough the apartments look. The stairwells are filthy, laundry room gives horror movie vibes and constantly has a machine breaking with no response in the portal. Haven’t had hot water since moving in, the building is literally falling apart. You will get towed for no reason and then made to feel like a nuisance if you say anything. Honestly, I would not recommend living here. It’s a continuous nightmare. The trash price is based on the buildings usage and can go up to $200 alone. I just feel like it’s always something. I understand staffing can be an issue and that is unfortunate, but it doesn’t make everything else I said untrue. Be aware. Jessica, the manager at the time *who I believe is replaced with a different Jessica* had reached out to me to see what could be done, however has ignored my email explaining what would make living here more tolerable. It speaks volumes to the level of professionalism. Absolutely no accountability. All I can say is, I cannot wait for my lease to be over. For as much as they charge, you could be living in a much cleaner area, with less rampant children at all hours of the day and night with neglectful parents, at a much better apartment community. Thank me later, STAY FAR AWAY."

"Terrible place to live. Other residents leave trash (including diapers) on the walkways, which are rarely ever cleaned. Parking is a nightmare I was towed several times from in front of my own building. The office staff is unresponsive for weeks or months at a time. We had a gutter with 5in nails hanging off the side if the building until it finally crashed down. The increased utilities by 3 or 4 times with no explanation and to top it all off moved out 6 months ago and they have still failed to take me of the lease. Worst living experience of my life, staffed by people who don't care hired by Venture capital firms out of state. Stay far away."
