"Simply put: Lakepointe Apartments is an excellent place to live. Quiet, well maintained, and managed with care. I was consistently impressed by the complex, including the location, the proximity to the lake, and helpful and attentive staff. The apartment was very clean upon move in, and though in some ways it was a bit out of date, they replaced all my kitchen appliances with new models about half way through my residency. A very pleasant surprise. They were also quick to fix any issues I raised. Most of my neighbors were quiet and polite. The grounds were well maintained, trash always picked up on time; it was kept clean. And though the price has gone up since I moved in, it’s still very reasonably priced given the competition. All around, fantastic environment. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I wouldn’t have left if I wasn’t upgrading to a house."

"I have family that lives here, and I say with certainty that it is a community for the residents. Gary, the manager, has always been top-notch addressing requests, information, and always with courtesy. Very professional individual. The same can be said for Kyle, the maintenance man, and the upkeep of the property. The numerous compliments speak volumes for all working here and the establishment. I see one lengthy, bitter review from a non-resident, and immediately, I'm glad this person failed in their pursuit to live here."

"Gary at Lakepointe is the number one reason to live there! I lived at Lakepointe for 4 years and it was the best apartment living experience I've ever had. Gary is super helpful on anything that needs to be done. He's trust worthy and just an all around good guy. The apartments are great too. Good location and I felt completely safe living there. If I needed anything fixed it was done right away. Very clean complex and so many wonderful neighbors. Thank you a million times for all that you did for me!"

"I’ve lived at the Lakepointe apartments for several years. Gary, the manager, and his associates do an incredible job of maintaining the property.The grounds are clean and very nicely landscaped, it’s a quiet complex, and is situated in an ideal setting. Rent is reasonable, considering what you are getting. There is a large, well-known business in town which would like to lay claim to the phrase “it’s better at the beach”, but that sentiment really belongs to Lakepointe."
