Farmington Apartments

"The manager is Hispanic. She don’t speak Spanish. But that’s it’s not important the problem is is a lot mold in the apartment and they don’t do anything. Is a baby here and not even that. That not resolve the problem. We need better management and and care person. Because no body live for free."

"Oh...I don't even know how to begin to explain how much we’ve loved living at Farmington apartments. Johanna helped my Hispanic family with a lot but incredibly grateful she spoke Spanish. We called her multiple times, and each and every time, she was more than glad to help us. I have lived in many different places, but this one has some of the best management. Maintenance is also very responsive and quickly gets to most requests in a reasonable amount of time. Joaquin (on-site maintenance) was very friendly and communicated what he would do, which puts ease in a resident. He was also very clean, never left messes behind. The property itself is well taken care of; leaves are picked up, and it is nice to have a compactor for the trash. Although we only worked with Brisa a few times, she was great at following up with us and super friendly. I had a couple of options for apartments we were looking to rent, but Johanna's property management skills made us lean towards moving here, and things to that, we have no regrets."

"I had the opportunity to live here for a 30 + plus years. It was an overall great experience! The community is beautiful and well-kept. The neighbors are usually kind if you make an effort to say hello. The staff and management are very kind people and were responsive to any help we requested. The apartments themselves are a little older having been built long ago."

"They don't even deserve one star. I lived there a little over a year ago and I wish I still had a picture but I don't anymore. Block mold comes through the walls and I'm still dealing with replacing belongings I had to leave behind from them getting contaminated. That's not even the worst part of my kids losing their health and constantly getting sick. And I haven't fully recovered yet I always feel like I have a cold. Even after telling management they told me to clean it myself with bleach and water! THAT DOESN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. DO NOT MOVE THERE even to save money you'll regret it."

"I have lived in Farmington Apartments for almost 3 years and I would recommend 100% for everybody wants to look for affordable price and Quite with nice community . The management is great and very helpful . Johanna is really good manger and she response very quick .The maintenance guy is excellent :) . Neighbors are nice , no drama ;)"
