"I lived here for a bit. The price was reasonable. However, there is no insulation in the windows and doors. So it really didn't matter because I had to keep my heat on 24/7 and after that it doesn't matter that I'm getting a reasonable rent price when I end up paying such a high heat and A/C bill because the windows are old."
