"I've been a tenant at the Grail Apartments for almost 4 years, and it has been great. The on-site managers are easy to talk to and are very diligent about keeping an eye on the parking lot and are super helpful! It is across the street from a night-club, but it's far enough away that any noise is barely noticeable, and the up-side is; there's usually a patrol car pretty close by. The apartments themselves are 'no frills'. 1 or 2 bedroom units with a bathroom, kitchen/dining room, living room, and 1.5 closets. There is an on-site laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. The best part of these apartments is the rent price. It's a great deal for the Portland area! Haven't been able to find a better deal during my time in Portland!"
