"So when it comes to management and maintenance, this place goes above and beyond. Any time we’ve come across a problem whether it’s maintenance or anything else, management and maintenance is on top of it. That’s really hard to find and it’s something that I look for in comments or reviews when looking for apartments so I want to leave my honest review for other people that value that as well. Management is very friendly, efficient and fast and any maintenance person I have met is polite, understanding, thorough and efficient. I have never waited more than half a day to get any of the few problems I had fixed."

"The location and property is pretty unbeatable. Easy access to the freeway and grocery stores in walking distance. Gorgeous willow trees and well maintained landscape makes everything feel so serene. Management is friendly, responsive and on top of maintenance requests. We had ant problem and spider problem, but they were able to send a pest control company to deal with it free of charge. Definitely a dog and kid-friendly option."

"We have been at Shadow Hills for almost 2 years and are so lucky to have found such a great property. The staff is great to work with and they are always in communication with us if we need anything. Maintenance is prompt and takes care of everything within 48 hours of any request. Moving from a house, finding this property has made apartment life bearable for us. Edit: The staff has been amazing during Covid-19 precautions and closures, giving clear communication and offering resources regularly. We are looking forward to when this is all over and we can become a physically closer knit community, because this pandemic has really brought this community together and I have loved getting to know the amazing neighbors around me in these strange times."

"I have lived in these apartments for 4 months now and I love the management. They are very attentive and fix issues within two days of the maintenance request being submitted, most of the time the day off. The apartments are very quiet and sit on several bus lines that go straight downtown. My apartment is older though (but there are newer units which I hope to get into when my lease is up), so it has some issues, such as the stove being button operated, which makes cooking an adventure; and the heaters are old floor heaters, which work fine but do not seem energy efficient. The rent is decent considering how close it is to everything, and how safe the area is."
