"Amazing location. Walk to cafe, shops, public library etc. My review is for the property managements. I have lived there for 6 years before moving out. They charge me close to $1500 for new painting, carpeting and cleaning service. We did 5-8 hours of cleaning before moving out but the management expects (move in condition) even after 6 years of occupancy. They will charge you for normal ware and tear. For present and future talent, Please have all communication with management in writing. I rather not mention names, but the management lady can benefit from lessons in basic manners. she can be dismissal and very confrontational if you question her. Again have all communication recorded."

"This has been the worst property management I have ever dealt with. We had a water heater tank start leaking after they tried to secure retrofitted straps on it. It took 5 calendar days to get ahold of the manager, who rarely shows up to begin with. When he finally answered, he played it off like “you should’ve emailed me” when I did, THREE times. The entire tank was empty and had drained into the apartment and the poor tenants below. To top it off, we felt we were questioned like we did something wrong to cause the issue. I checked the serial number on the water heater and it was well over 20 years old. We were without hot water for almost a week. I get that things happen, and we were understanding that this was a fluke thing, but the way the management handled the whole ordeal was careless and lazy."
