"Not worth renting at this place. Expensive for the units and we can’t even put what we want on the deck that we are paying for. We had to move to a different unit after complaining about a neighbor for so long. We told the office about the neighbor and they didn’t do anything UNTIL they came into our apartment unannounced and drunk in the middle of the night. Office never answers emails in a timely manner and when they do they aren’t helpful. All they ever do is “give out notices”. They hired a maintenance guy that clearly doesn’t know what he is doing. Trashy and messy around some apartments and the care more about what you can and cannot put on your deck. Can not wait to leave this place. Do not rent from this place."

"In the course of a year living here, we moved in to an apartment that was never painted or properly cleaned. There has been 2 shootings and graffiti done right outside our apartment. Not a very good impressions…"

"I have enjoyed living here for the past 4 years for the most part. But this year has been very difficult, there is no maintenance person and I have put in at least 7 requests to change the time on the outside lights as it's now dark at 6pm and it still has not been fixed. I even called the management company, Avenue5, and still nothing. This is a huge safety issue for everyone, especially all the kids who live here. It's pitch black out and I have to use a flashlight to walk from my car to my door. Very unacceptable and I will be leaving more bad reviews elsewhere."

"The Goose (formerly Susan Marie) is a beautiful place to live. The new Owners and Management have really put in an incredible amount of hard work! Angela, the new manager, is AMAZING. She definitely won't stand for any nonsense, but is understanding and compassionate if you come to her and communicate openly and honestly. Really goes to bat for her tenants when going through hardships. Maintenance requests have been getting handled quickly and efficiently since new management took over. The landscape is well taken care of. There is a charming playground on property. The fenced creek that runs through the center of the property is home to small geese families, and little beavers that have built a dam in the back. There is an incredible amount of yard space shared by tenants that all the patios in each section overlook. This is really a wonderful and quiet complex to live in. Perfect for everyone from the business bachelor, college students, and families. My neighbors are all really sweet too. Always a friendly face to say "Hello!""
