"If you want a beautiful quiet well kept apt home, King City Apts is the place. Very nice neighbors who are considerate. Plenty of parking, a clean and safe area. Even when they're blowing the leaves away from the walkway I never hear the blower! They respect your privacy and provided a very well kept fresh apt for me. I love it here! You can count on quick reply for questions and they do what they say. After 5 mo, love it here more every day!!"

"I lived at King City for one year. I loved the place overall but my upstairs neighbor was a nightmare! They stomped on the floor and bagged things around constantly! In fact three other tenants moved because she is such a horrible neighbor! The office says there is nothing they can do. I even called corporate. The lady at corporate was very rude and unprofessional and treated me like I was bothering her. All in all the property is nice and well kept but you should get any upstairs unit."

"My mom has lived here for over 5 years. She lives in a bottom level 1 bedroom apartment. She rarely asks for anything from the apartment management unless it is an emergency. Such as the two times that water leaked in to her closet from the apartment above or when water came in to her front window from the rain during the dead of winter. Mom has limited ability and they seem to take advantage of this on a regular basis. When she calls, the manager will say that they are sending over a maintenance man but wont give a specific time,and often nobody will show up until mom calls again... or they say they will call back and then they never do. I am a professional business person and I find the management appalling. The only time they are attentive is when its time to sign a new lease. I would move my mother in a heartbeat but unfortunately she is on HUD and has few other options. So, if you want to be ignored, treated rudely, and live in an aging ill maintained apartment, then this is the place for you!"
