"I have been here for few months and love this property so much. The front desk staff is amazing and friendly and especially Joseph is always there to find solution to the problems. They recently installed cameras in the mail room and installed locks to prevent any kind of package theft. They really act upon feedback. The building is secured with literally three big and secured locks from lobby to elevator and to your room. I will highly recommend living in this building. The staff especially Cory is so friendly and helpful and also the neighbourhood is amazing"

"If only this place was not managed by Avenue5. We loved touring it! It has fantastic amenities. The gym is great, the property and building are very clean, there are many floorplans to choose from, there is a ton of secure bike storage, and the location is stellar! We were so close to moving forward. However, we found that this property is managed by Avenue5. As a current resident of a different Avenue5 property, I would not recommend any property "professionally managed by Avenue5"."

"I have been a three year tenant here at Arc Central. Our current management and staff have truly made our complex living into a community. Our maintenance staff, specifically Cory and Brigid, have gone above and beyond to make sure our property is safe and clean. When we need something, no matter the hour, the Arc team is there for us. Joey in the leasing office along with our property management have helped to improve building security and are always willing to hear our concerns and problem solve, even if it takes some time. We have had some ongoing issues over the last two years including package theft which I have experienced like many other residents, however, recent management has taken more steps than any management has in the past in order to help mitigate this issue. Arc’s buildings are newer so we haven’t lost power during winter storms, and the staff consistently maintain the property. It’s a walkable community, close to multiple coffee shops, restaurants and the Reser. Overall, Arc is a great place to live and the pros far outweigh the cons!"

"I am going on year four living at Arc Central, I absolutely love it here. The building's upkeep and cleanliness is impeccable, with the exterior and interior always looking their best. The dedicated staff, including maintenance, are some of the hardest working and friendliest people I have ever met. I enjoy using the fitness center and it is always in great condition, plus the building itself is remarkably quiet. If you're looking to move to the bustling heart of Beaverton, I highly recommend checking out this spot!"

"If you have important online orders getting sent to your home or you order online frequently than I absolutely DO NOT recommend living here. I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and I have had a total of 10 packages stolen from me. Whenever I ask the front desk they simply just ask if you have a parcel pending set up or if you checked your mailbox. After that they just say sorry and shrugg their shoulders. The amount of times I’ve found my packages just on the ground or just up for grabs in the “mail room “where there are NO CAMERAS.. I have a parcel pending locker set up and ready to go. Even if I didn’t every resident has a mailbox with a key assigned to each unit which is expected to be used! Why are delivery people leaving our mail out in the mail room and why aren’t the employees at leasing office do anything when the delivery people don’t do their job correctly? They see it and just leave them there. I am at work. I’ve tried to call the front desk to at least grab the package and it’s like pulling teeth to ask them to bring it up to my door. I almost can’t ever have it brought up into the office because of my work hours, whenever I come home and they are closed and it is locked up. This is considering that my package is not stolen yet."
