"i urge anyone who is looking to rent do not go through home again property management llc we have rented from him for almost one year my husband lost his job and we had to get rent assistant through a local non profit even when he got confirmation for that non profit that the money would be coming through he took us to court we won he wasn’t happy about that so he tried to terminate us because we have a cat looking back at our apps we stayed in there that we had and esa cat and gave him all the docs again we went to court and we won because he had messed up paperwork. he then posted a 24 hour entry notice to do an inspection i took time off work to be there and he never showed we got a notice in the mail 10 days later saying that he did the inspection and word for word described what was in my house ( ian a type on diabetic who take insulin and he stated there was a thing of needles sitting on the table “drug paragenala”) went to court again and we won as he didn’t follow his paperwork and enter when posted that was our last straw and we decided to take the termination well since rentals are so hard to get into we missed our agreement date and the courts extended it in our favor and we our out he is still coming after us in a law suit trying to sue us for court fees this guy doesn’t care any property just the money he charged us 160.00 per application i warn you do not rent from this company especially if your a female. never had issues with a londloed like this before he is a creep with females"

"I rented a place for a year and a half, I admitted my faults, but was given an eviction for no cause because I physically couldn't move something abandoned on the property that was not my responsibility. The house was cute, but shottily repaired and falling apart, which I was blamed for. Tim had 0 qualms making me homeless with my 3 kids regardless of the fact I passed my inspections and cooperated with every harassing thing he asked of me. I moved out peacefully and ahead of time and he would not return my emails or communicate effectively, only harass me horribly and threaten court over things that were not my responsibility in the first place. I had never treated him with anything but respect, and all I received back was treated like I was garbage. Would never recommend his services."

"I rented from Tim at Home again Property Management for two years. It absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a Landlord/ Management company. My water was BROWN and had metal particles in it, and when I complained, he made my life hell. Before he took over the property, it was really nice, one of the better places to live in Lincoln City, and once he took it over, it went down hill fast. He never would follow through with repairs, I once went without a stove for over a month, my upstairs bathroom gray water pipe leaked into my kitchen, and it stayed like that for months! I could not cook, or use my kitchen. What ever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GUY, YOU WILL BE SORRY."

"We rented from Home Again Property Management for over a year and we found them to be friendly and approachable. This is a small company, which I liked, as they are more personal and the rent and deposit were not unreasonable. We looked after the apartment and cleaned it the best we could when we moved out and we received our deposit back. When we asked for anything to be fixed, it was taken care of, even larger suggested improvements. Thanks for helping make our time in McMinnville a pleasurable one!"

"Just ended an eight month stay in one of Tim's rentals. The stay was great. Tim was always available by phone or e-mail and responded in a very timely manner.
