"This agent doesn't return phone calls, supplies surety bonds without the required signatures, promises quotes and never delivers, complains when you ask for different coverage or more coverage, lies about the time frame it takes to get quotes. He truly doesn't care about his clients best interest. When I asked why his customer service sucks so much he said he was on vacation. Life doesn't stop for your customers if you go on vacation. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with someone that provides professional services. He stated it takes serval days to get quotes. When I contacted another agent that deals with the same carriers they had me covered in less than an hour. I urge you to google Safeco or Travelers and find any agent other than this dude. If I get a response from this agent on this review I want to be perfectly clear.... my last phone call I had from him I was upset... I was irritated.... I know that was shown in my infections... but for good reason. This guy is absolutely terrible."
