"We've been with Jared Goff and Country Financial Insurance for almost 10 years, for everything, home, auto, umbrella, and I even had business insurance. They've been very responsive when we needed help and Jared always takes time to talk to us about questions and go over our insurance coverage. For our House, Country comes with Earth Quake coverage, and that was important to us as other home insurance does not necessarily. We have very good coverage on our auto insurance and the price is the same as what we used to pay for not as much coverage. We've only had one claim, and that was for a very expensive car windshield which broke over night in our driveway, no apparent cause, and Country took care of it, no questions-no issues just done, and it was absolutely the most expensive windshield I've ever heard of. When we had some property damage after a windstorm, Jared's office was busy, but they were in touch with us instantly; we were able to take care of our damage out of pocket (just paid an emergency tree service company who was at neighbor's damaged house, to also remove our tree that had snapped into another neighbor's yard) we didn't need to file a claim, but we had all the help we needed if we had to file a claim (I didn't want my husband doing all the tree work by hand when he was crazy busy with his day job and we wanted the tree cleaned up so the neighbor's dogs could be in their yard again asap)."
