"They think they are Doctors and treat patient's like dirt. Charged me for something they should've paid for themselves. Complete and utterly mindless customer service. No one listens. Slow. . .slow..... slow..... I will be on the phone tomorrow too, getting my money back. Long story short they make my life a living hell."
"I have always had positive experiences dealing with this CCO"
"I actually don’t care to give this insurance company one star!! This is the worst insurance I have ever dealt with in my life! Yes I’m on OHP (Oregon Health Plan) but that doesn’t mean I should have to go through hell to get the much needed meds that I have always gotten being on OHP. The difference is, I had Kaiser through OHP when I lived in Beaverton and NOT ONE TIME was I denied any prescriptions or referrals, not ONCE, it was never a problem or question EVER! Well I moved back to Rainier, still have OHP however my only option is this horrible insurance Columbia Pacific CCO in which I now see a PRACTICING doctor at the Rainier health clinic located at the school in a portable (mobile) building! Did I mention that you can only make appointments 2 out of the 5 days a week there! And good luck ever reaching any one on the phone at The clinic or getting a return call within a reasonable amount of time if at all! Lastly don’t count on being able to get a referral to anywhere else, it most likely won’t be approved and that’s ONLY if the Rainier health clinic actually sends the referral that they said they would! Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate that I am able to get insurance coverage from the state but this is simply a nightmare compared to the breeze it was having Kaiser through OHP."
"Apparently even though they record their calls they still don't listen to anything you have to say."
