"If I could give you a zero I would. Your insurance is terrible. You only care about money. You don't care about people being in pain. I had an mri scheduled for this week and it got canceled because rebound was out of network. If it is out of network how can I see a Dr there and have an xray there. Now I have to wait a month to be able to have one at legacy. Insurance companies are such a scam"

"Not a bad insurance company overall and their customer service are always helpful and friendly, for which I would have given ~5-stars. The 2-star rating is because they provide member information to select third party marketing partners, such as Virgin Pulse, without the member's (IOW, my) prior consent. This is an appalling practice for a health insurance company. It's one thing for Pacific Source themselves to contact me about a third party company's services but an entirely different matter for Pacific Source to provide my contact information to Virgin Pulse and for Virgin Pulse to then promote their services to me, AKA SPAM. Virgin Pulse do not provide health services to me as a healthcare provide, which might necessitate Pacific Source to share details my details: Virgin Pulse are just a marketing partner, plain and simple. A cheap, trust-breaking and brand-eroding practice for a health insurance company like Pacific Source to use its member data in this unscrupulous way."

"I’ve had a good experience with this org through my mandated school health insurance plan. Stephanie was very helpful. It makes me feel better that it’s a not for profit organization, even though as a public health graduate I can confidently say that the American healthcare system is a giant mess."

"Only HSA option through work. Approval process has been an absolute nightmare. Every claim has been denied (exclusively insurance copays). They have lied to me claiming service was in the previous year, the card is useless since they will deny any claim and cancel the card anyway. After fighting for everything and submitted any and all paperwork again and again it seems they have resorted to the cold shoulder and ignore me now. This service is basically a scam."
