"Miserable experience with Kym. Still researching if what has transpired is illegal, at a minimum, it's unethical, in how things were hidden, delayed, then rushed. And allegedly no out, Oregon law supposedly allows you out within 10-days. Searching for an Attorney!!!"

"Very unprofessional, I would not deal with these people. An old coworker recommended them for insurance, so I went over to switch from my current insurance provider. I was smoking outside right next to the ash tray, and a lady walked up and pushed me from behind and said "NO SMOKING HERE" I was IN THE SMOKING AREA WHERE THE ASH TRAY IS, and she pushed me again saying that I needed to be further away. She then walked into the insurance office. I figured, maybe she is visiting like me and just didn't like smokers? NOPE, she works there. Needless to say, I moved on. I would not use these people. If they feel that they can treat a random person on the street that way, I can only imagine how they are going to treat you if you are a customer and something goes wrong. EDIT in response to your reply MVW. I can bring a tape measure, and show you since your measurement skills are off. I was far enough away (I even counted the steps for the lady) In addition you have yet to address the fact that your employee PUSHED ME TWICE. It is one thing to be a grown adult, and speak your peace. But the fact that YOUR EMPLOYEE PUSHED ME FROM BEHIND WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING PRIOR. That is the problem, yet you are still defending them. I was taking a photo of a cool spider, which fortunately for this case, the meta data provides an exact GPS location of where I was at. Maybe I should just speak to the Portland Police Department about this."
