"The other negative reviews here are correct. Do not come here. My son saw Dr Whitfield a number of weeks back. She ordered some tests. Since then, it's been hell on earth trying to get a call back to interpret the results of those tests. Multiple promises to call back have all been broken. Instead, they're more interested in selling an endoscopy, without discussion. Do not come here."
"Felt very discouraged and not supported at all. Although we did get a confirmed diagnosis of celiac disease we just felt unsupported and discouraged. We live 2hlf hrs away and always felt it was a waste of a visit. I paid out of pocket to meet with the dietitian and felt I knew more then she did. I never let on to my son my feelings but the last time we left he said “mom I don’t like coming here”. I cried and we have never returned. I sincerely hope they improve because this stuff is hard on kids and their families. We saw dr Whitfield"
"We love Dr. Sheiko - she is intelligent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Therefore Dr. Sheiko gets 5 stars - bar none. However, the 2 stars are due to the grueling ordeal you have to go through when calling the front office. The wait times are intolerable. It is hard to reach a live person - let alone get a call back. Took me five rounds of calling to get a return call from an advice nurse. I had to to call them to find out why I had not gotten the promised call back from an advice nurse. With wait times exceeding 5 minutes, it took valuable time out of my day and caused frustrations."
"We first were placed with Dr. Whitfield and she made me cry in the office and showed no empathy or care for how I felt about the information she was giving me. So we quickly switched to Dr Sheiko. She is absolutely wonderful and cares so much. The office staff seems like they do as little work as possible. They are rude when I call and act like they don’t hear the door buzzer go off when you walk into the waiting area even tho it’s really loud."
"My son needed paperwork documenting his diagnosis for a college application. They required an appointment so we went in February. I explained to the doctor what we needed and gave her the paperwork. Mid march the paperwork was finally mailed back. The paperwork was incomplete and the documentation was not filled out that was needed for his application. I had to send it back and this time I highlighted the instructions so it would be easy to see. It is now almost May and I have yet to have heard back from them. I paid out of pocket for this appointment as we have a high deductible and have nothing to show for it. I called again and am waiting to hear back about where the paperwork is so it can be turned into the college."
