"Rude employees that park in our neighborhood and think they own it, I was mowing my grass this summer and guy that drives a charger started cursing me and saying I was disrespectful because he had parked next to my yard and I was mowing and then peeled out when leaving. Same guy was giving my wife a hard time because our son's school bus pulled up in front of him parked in the same spot mentioned above my son has autism and this guy had the audacity to approach the bus driver all while saying rude things under his breath park somewhere else buddy or provide parking for your employees"

"VI always has the best rooms, we loved our stay and the views of the marina. LOVED MY PRETTY, PRETTY PRINCES SUITE UPSTAIRS! Go get a pedicure @Mai's, get to the dock workers bar and have a delicious meal... such a great place to be!!! Not the first, nor the last time I will love bringing people with me to enjoy it with."

"The refrigerator stopped working on Friday night. Vi doesnt work weekends and has no way for people like me to contact them for help. The hotel contacted Vi maintenance but I guess they don't work weekends either. Our stay was supposed to be for five days but with a baby and no way to keep her milk cold we were SOL. Vi resorts cares about making money but not about delivering on a stress free vacation. They ruined ours. All our food and the baby's milk was ruined!!!! I hope they get the same fine accommodations when they vacation. Absolutely NO customer service."

"Finally, a timeshare that actually does what it says it will do. Beautiful rooms, great views and 5vstar atmosphere. Staff was friendly , room was great view was alright, only down fall was the building should be facing the ocean, but there was still a half view. Had a great time."
