"Originally, I gave this company a one star review for zero communication after purchasing the experience. There was difficulty getting in touch with anyone after a gift certificate was purchased, and after waiting two months with no response, I posted a one star review. THE DAY AFTER I posted that review, I received a phone call and text for scheduling. EVERYTHING after that one star review was ACES! The booking went smoothly, a follow-up email was also sent with directions and parking info. The horse guide was amazing, professional, and a wealth of knowledge about the horses and the wine country. Her energy and love of the horses as well as her care of our experience was A+. To give an apt review, I feel I should say the communication may still be an issue for some people. The website isn't updated, neither is their Facebook page, but the online system did work, just wouldn't accept our voucher number vs. a credit card. The experience was wonderful and definitely 5 stars! I'm giving 4 stars to reflect the difficulty in original contact, and the fact that their online presence is lacking anything current. DO give this company a try! It was a great day!"

"Had the absolute best time on our last day in WV. If you’re on the fence about booking with this group, this is your sign to go for it!!! We lucked out and had a private tour with Amber. She made sure we felt safe and comfortable, but got us started quickly so we could enjoy the day. Horses were a dream to ride - so sweet and easygoing and great for beginners. No sore butts here! We did 3 wineries and all were delicious and had beautiful views. Amber was great company and chatted with us about wine, horses, and everything in between. Seriously so accommodating and lovely all around. Sarah was also amazing and called me multiple times before our reservation to make sure we still wanted to go out since rain was in the forecast. I am so so glad we did this, and plan to book again when we return!"
