"Here is the big challenge, How do I leave such a glowing review when so much was so nice. Our group was six adults in the area to fish. My wife found this gem and booked with Heather at the management company. Right off the bat, the price divided among three couples made it cheaper than staying in pretty much any hotel in town. Easy to find and the location, right on the river, was exceptional. Yes, you can hear some road noise from the bridge but inside its just a little white noise. The owner came right over to check on us and see what he could do to make our stay better. We had a little snaffu with the tv so Pete called his go-to girl who handles most issues. Annie had the tv working and us trained in no time. This house is so comfortable. All accessories needed were here in the kitchen, bathrooms and hottub. A few feet down the lawn we were on the river in a great fishing hole. Two minutes across the bridge and we were at the put in for our float trip. After a long day fishing we came back and relaxed in comfy chairs looking out at the river, gravel bar and mountains. Our whole group enjoyed talking with the owner (who lives on property in another home) and kept commenting on how fun it was meeting him and being able to use this home. Annie (Manager) and Pete (owner) have fun plans to make all the homes on this property even better as fast as they can. Some time soon they will also have horses on site as Annie is quite the horsewoman and they hope to organize and offer rides on the beach as well as mountains nearby. Yes, these homes are near the coast so a little green is growing on the paint outside, a few weeds in the bedding areas of the yard but really.....who cares. Awesome place, incredible people and our whole goup is excited to go back as soon as we can"
