"Julie Garcia has been amazing! We have booked 6 cruises with her, but unfortunately (mainly due to covid) we have cancelled/the cruise lines have cancelled 4 of them. We are hopeful that the upcoming two will pan out. Through it all, she has always been very responsive and helpful with a wonderful attitude.
