"The nurse practitioner we saw was excellent! The staff were all warm and welcoming and made us feel comfortable bringing our newborn here. Would highly recommend to other parents!"
"My young man wasn't feeling well so my wife took him to the doctor... Apparently it was as an opportunity for the nurse practitioner to put on a disingenuous charade, and ask my young son (quite obviously so) if he was actually in fact a girl. My intent is to only allow our kids to see adults who know how to act like adults and use good faith interactions. Should have been a mundane exchange, but apparently it was actually an opportunity for the practitioner to further some personal political agenda. As an adult, I deal with disingenuous people every day and it’s not necessarily a deal breaker for me, but my elementary aged son is a little less equipped to know how to deal with a grown adult pretending they can't tell if he's a girl. Very uncomfortable Maybe tone it down a bit, allow others to volunteer whatever information they want to convey in greeting, show some tact and act normal. My well-mannered son who already wasn’t feeling too hot gave his name to use."
"PANW was recommended to me by 2 friends as our old drs office didn’t take our new health insurance. Our two experiences have been nothing short of exceptional—friendly staff, extremely kid-centric environment and deeply thorough practices and procedures that foster the whole child! We couldn’t be happier to call this our new home for all our pediatric needs!"
"Even though I went here as a child and had an amazing pediatrician, we did not experience good care when we took my baby here in fall of 2022. We saw Dr. Won and Dr. Won was more focused on something she thought she heard when she listened to my baby’s heart than the reason we came in with ( to be treated for colic). We got a second opinion at a different clinic and that provider didn’t hear any heart murmur. Meanwhile, Dr. Won called us two times regarding us needing to follow through with a referral she made to a pediatric cardiologist even though she said she wasn’t worried about it and had agreed she could check it again for us at my child’s one month check up. We are new parents and we needed support around our questions, compassion and support and we got a lot of worst case scenarios and scare tactics about what Dr. Won thought she heard. It was so bad that Dr. Won called in response to my comments on a confidential questionnaire that she should not have responded to at all. Dr. Won was also focused on the fact that my child was not gaining weight according to her standards, though my child did gain weight normally. It was a question of crazy benchmarks on us for her weight and feeding her more formula that my child’s little tummy could not tolerate… when really this new provider at a different clinic just said to feed more often and do paced bottle feeding. I felt like this was a question of ego here with providers. Dr. Won acted superior to us, wanting to argue her points and harassed us about a referral. I reported this to the clinic manager and did not get very much feedback or support in that process as well do not go here it is not worth your time. EDIT Added 7/18/23- I came back to this review after posting it and see two positive reviews for Dr. Won I don’t find that by accident. I believe this doctor has a really hard time taking negative feedback and I don’t believe she’s professional at all. She called us to speak to us after a confidential questionnaire was submitted. These other two reviews here on Dr. Won feel to be a set up or perhaps were purchased by her to make herself look better. Very unethical care and professional."
"Office is always clean and staff are always nice and welcoming. Dr. Won is attentive and makes us feel safe in her hands. We have had a prior bad experience and this office is a complete 180 from what we knew. So happy to be a patient of Dr. Won's"
