"This is the second time I have seen Valerie. The first time I was sent to because of a supposed knee injury. I knew it wasn't but it was Valerie that figured out it was a pulled hamstring and in short order I was on my way. Now it is truly a knee that is needing fixed and I have every confidence that will have a happy ending as well."
"They refuse to shut off their generator. It's loud and causes migraines. Don't go there if you get migraines"
"All the staff are pleasant! I called one day and had an appointment the next day!! Absolutely wonderful. Josh and his staff are knowledgeable, respectful and patient. I appreciate the office efficiency and follow through. Thank you Kimberly Craig"
"Kelly, Kaley and Josh have all helped me so much in such a short time. Ive been working in my upper back for years. Their ability to pinpoint my weaknesses without unduly overworking me is second to none. The last session I had gave me more immediate utilitarian use of my own body than any session ive ever had. My own PCP can take awhile to send a referral and Kelly still helped me with pain on my other side the one I was waiting several weeks for to update my current referral status. They let me tel them everything im going through and how it relates to my physical health. I am goin to be honest with how fell about any, especially my Physical Therapists: They are smarter and more effective than 99 percent of Primary Care Physician. My doctor is rarely sure of what treatment to provide so my PT’s make it real easy for my PCP to keep collecting a check without having to really deal with my physical ailments. My PT Clinic is so easy for to me deal with and no matter any one of their particular levels of acumen in the industry I know im receiving the best service for this need i could receive. Im usually quite easy to please and give decent reviews regularly, but these people and their staff make my awkward self feel so amazing and welcomed and without them I would be in tortuous daily pain. Without being negative about what was off point with my last PT treatment source and while also giving credit to Gateway Therapeutic Associates, i will say that they never make me feel like something is wrong with me. They make me feel like my health improvement is the key focus without underlying feelings of inadequacy interfering with my process. I have never felt, rushed, hurried, pressured, mentally tortured or taken advantage if for my insurance billing here at GTA. I have had some awkward days but always felt well received, valued, treated with utmost dignity, and respected for my Journey here by every person on staff and most especially by Kelly, Josh and Kaley. The ladies at the front desk are amazing and always make me laugh and feel accepted while providing great service. I have a tendency to ramble on about my fears and anxieties until I feel comfortable. Somehow the staff here is trained for that without any issue."
"(I'm a real consumer, not fake & I've no financial interest in this business). I was referred to TA by my primary for neck issues, C4-C7), which has been causing me neck, shoulder & jaw pains. I've finished 9 weekly sessions of PT stretching & strengthening exercises, which I also did 2Xs/day at home & am continuing at home daily now. I didn't have complete ROM (range of motion) of my neck but after I was done, my ROM to my right was normal. I still need to continue stretching to improve ROM for my left side. I worked with the 2 Joshuas who were professional, encouraging, helpful. I also worked with a student for a few of the sessions. My Kaiser insurance paid for most of the cost, just paid $30 copay. Receptionists were friendly. Reminders appear via email & text messages. One can also pay online too. Pros: professional, friendly, helpful; free parking. Cons: none."
