"Kaiser Permanente Vision Center is the last place I will go for any eye care in the future. I would rather pay out-of-pocket and be able to make timely appointments. I scheduled an appointment on 8/31/23 for new contact lenses. The appointment to pick them up - just to pick them up - is on 10/23/23. They have had the lenses since 9/8/23 and I live THREE miles away from Rockwood Medical Center! KP scheduling is abysmal. Schedulers have no clue, and don't want to have a clue. Clearly, there are major problems with KP, but don't even try to tell them. 10/12/23: As far as the reply, below, they are always so "sorry." Why don't they actually DO something about their incompetence? What will they offer to me, if they're so sorry? A $10.00 discount? They could figure who I am and correct the situation today, right now."
