"My first visit was phenomenal. Upon scheduling my next visit. I received a call prior and was told my insurance had lapsed and was asked to reschedule. I don't feel while I was experiencing extreme discomfort from back pain that the clinic was following their "patient first" policy. Even though my only treatment was life changing. I don't feel comfortable when office staff ignores patient information and pits the clinic's needs first. It is bitter sweet to say I will not be returning."
