"Rachel was the rn who did my Pap smear today- and it was maybe the best I’ve ever had. He bedside manor is the very best. She was so warm and calm- loved the lollipop - so very thoughtful. I felt *cared* for in a setting that can easily feel only clinical."
"Dr Jennifer Thompson was amazing!!! Very thorough and attentive. Very patient and clear when answering questions and concerns. Tatiana was also wonderful. Super kind and fun to talk with while getting the information down. Could not be happier with this team! ❤️"
"I had the most amazing experience at this Urgent Care from start to finish. The check in experience with Kellyn was pleasant. The most amazing part was that DR. IWANSKI and his assistant, EDITH were taking all my concerns to heart! They heard me out and were very understanding in what I needed! They were EXCEPTIONAL and need to be praised! Thank you all for caring for me."
"The staff are generally wonderful, but the facilities are often not wheelchair friendly. The restroom we were directed to in the OBGYN clinic required that we take the trash can out of the room in order to get the wheelchair in, but then had to take the wheelchair back out into the hallway also in order to get the door closed. It’s ridiculous that a medical facility in this era isn’t built to accommodate its patients and be accessible."
"Nurse Practitioner Trisha Mendoza-Lopez did an excellent job today with me. She was patient with me and listen to my concerns and we talked about my broader health and goals. She went above and beyond to make sure that she answered all my questions, and then selected the treatment plan that was right for me. She also was able to look at her schedule and get me the treatment that I needed without me having to come back another day. I’m really grateful for her and the time she and her medical assistant took with me today."
