"Horrible. Gave him a urine sample 10 days ago. Did not hear back until seven. Then I tried to call back and it took me three days and still nothing. I had a bad reaction. Life-threatening. And I had to use rescue drugs because these idiots can’t pick up their damn phone to tell me, I’m in trouble."

"We will never return here if my family has urgent needs. Went in May 2022 for my toddler who we suspected had an ear infection. First the doctor on the floor did not believe me because my son wasn’t “pulling at his ears”. Like just look in his ears with your scope and let’s get on with our day! Very condescending. Second, I’m writing this a year and a half later in Nov 2023 because I am just now being billed for that visit. I called the billing department and they said the insurance was denied in July 2022 due to the term ending. Okay well it ended in May and the insurance didn’t process for 2 months. I asked them to update it and rerun. Oh they can’t do that because the encounter was over a year ago. Are you kidding me! So now I’m stuck with a bill that I didn’t receive for 17 months after the fact because of their policy. If I do not pay it they’ll send me to collections. Really “professional” business practices at this place…"

"this place SUCKS. every time i’ve gone, it’s just abysmal care. they don’t do anything to actually treat. if you’re not actively dying, they just send you home and say talk to your PCP. also a healthcare setting without masks is just so damn dumb ??? the doctor i see, a woman (don’t know her name don’t care to look it up)… i don’t understand how some people can become doctors. i have bad POTS and can’t sit up for long. she kept telling me to sit up even after i explained to her that the blood drains from my head and i’ll faint. the nurses and doctor do not communicate with one another and tell you two different things. just unreliable and a joke of a healthcare setting. orchid health is awful too and i really wish estacada could have healthcare that gives respect and dignity."

"Famous for malpractice, kicking people out who are sick. Not right. Clerk person tried to play doctor with no knowledge. Asthmatics need their inhalers, they refuse to give them to ppl who need them. Don't go there. They don't treat people. There is no practice, it's all malpractice, they should be sued."

"Kayla is a wonderful caring provider who listens to me as a patient. I know that when I come in she will listen to what I have to say and work with me to find a solution instead of dictating to me what's best without my input. After switching from Orchid to this clinic I was nervous to start all over but Kayla had been kind and helpful the entire time. I know she genuinely cares about my well being and my health and as a patient with very serious diseases, that is so important. She even goes above and beyond when specialists she sends me to don't work out the way we planned. I am so appreciative that she is here. The other doc has been great with our daughter in emergencies and Kayla is wonderful with her during regular appointment."
