"Was not able to get my cast off until 9 1/2 weeks after wrist fracture. Was not given exercises to retain muscle mass in hand and use of fingers. PA-C did not fax my rehab orders and it took 2 weeks to get that done. He didn't tell me to bring the orders there and it took that long for me to figure out why I couldn't schedule PT. Cast was too tight and I didn't know any better than to leave it that way. Not enough caring."

"I saw Dr. Montgomery for him surgery for severe carpal tunnel. He is a extremely skilled physician. I had no complaints about his performance, but I noticed that even when I asked him not to give me so many pain meds he gave me way too many and he did that for each surgery. It just wasn’t necessary and could pose a problem. If somebody has addiction issues the other thing is that they apparently have no scent free policy and the receptionist at least one of them where is gobs of perfume. And when I brought this up, they did not seem very concerned at all, even though this is a medical office, so there you go a great physician, but not very good bedside manner in the office was not very friendly or compliant in terms of the house needs some of their patients may have."

"Had referral for Dr Montgomery after a fall at home and visit to urgent center. They strung me along for over a month and would not see me until they "consulted my previous records" because my shoulder has a previous work comp injury that was closed. They would not listen to me, nor the insurance company, that this was not a work injury since I fell at home! I got that much of a runaround and hassle...no thanks! Next"

"The physician, Dr. Stone is superb! However, her support staff,(perhaps because of the general challenge in health care right now?), especially the surgery scheduler are surly, short-tempered and inpatient. I am now going to another clinic where the staff is actually helpful."

"This is my second encounter with this clinic, they are terrific. The First time was 2015 and I was treated well then. Today was a very hard visit for me due to my injury, but I was treated very well. Front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. The MA was kind and thorough. The doctor, Taylor Fielden was patient and answered all of my questions, informed me of my options and his concerns. The staff on exiting was helpful. Very pleased with everyone at clinic from start to finish."
