"I do like the Russel Street dental clinic--the front desk staff, the assistants, and the dentists. But the hygienist I just had is a nightmare of condescension and continuous rudeness. She ANNOUNCED that I would have a fluoride treatment, rather than asking, then attempted to shame me by loudly proclaiming to the dentist when he came by to ask how things were going, "she has cavities, but SHE WON'T DO FLUORIDE~!!" delivered in a mocking, loud, laughing voice so people three chairs down could hear it. She lectured me about hygiene as if I were a naughty child, when in fact I have excellent hygiene. She is an embarrassment. I hope the Doc realizes that she seriously needs training on patient relations. If she hadn't tried to present fluoride as if we have no choice in the matter and hadn't spoken to me as if I were a naughty child, I would have easily agreed to it; I've used it for years. But I seriously have problems with people incapable of adult to adult, respectful, two-way conversations."

"I've been coming to this dental clinic for 7-8 years. I've never had a bad experience here. The reception staff, the hygienists, Dr. Dmitri, the student doctors--all have been very kind and professional. I saw a student doctor last week, who took the extra time to remove and reattach a loose crown, which normally would be a separate appointment, which I really appreciated. The practice is in high demand, however, so be aware that you need to schedule way in advance, especially for routine cleanings, check-ups, etc. If you decide this week that it's time to get your teeth cleaned and checked and you want to do it next week...this is probably not the practice for you."
