"A 12 year coma , a few tbi 's and pdst ..... I was misdiagnosed in Cali, came to Oregon and Cascadia stepped in . They have helped in every area of my life I have asked for help. So many people have saved my life here and made life changing . My case manager is the closest thing to family I have , she made a team of people that have affected my life in nothing put positives. I am becoming something better then when I started here. I cannot stress enough how much my weekly meetings helped ... food , medical , a home , mental health, transportation, even my dog ... they saved a life of a very unloved tossed in the gutter human. Besides God , they are a hope I never had."

"I have been going to this location for years (this is not my legal name, I am using an alias for security purposes.) The past few times I have called a woman named Annie has answered the phone. Let me tell you, I have never dealt with such an unpleasant person in my entire life. She is so snippy and rude and doesn’t let you finish a sentence. I have only dealt with her once in person and she left much to be desired in terms of customer service. She does not have any care or concern to the patients at this establishment. I have been so down lately and the last thing I need is someone like her making me feel worse. Hopefully she will not be there for much longer."

"I can’t testify for the urgent care or other departments but the upstairs resources team is incredible. They held an orientation and addressed all my needs in a compassionate manner. I was promptly set up with a counselor the next week. They also set me up with a primary care physician, got me into support groups and called just to check on my well-being multiple times. They also provided food and hygiene supplies. I would highly recommend this group/resource."

"This place is garbage. I've lived in my housing for 7 years and they have changed alot. There are zero therapists here I've lost 4GPs this year. They have no psyche med providers. They took behavior health out of their name for a reason. I'm in Shelter plus care building but there hasn't been care for years. Run away from here. I'm stuck and I hate it."

"Called crisis line and the center before going. Waited two hours, begged for help, found out that wasn’t even the provider… was told at 7:30 they close at 9pm and prescriber wasn’t seeing anyone else. Why when I asked before I arrived, asked if I wouldn’t see someone when I checked in, waited… then given a card and a good luck. But hey, I couldn’t come back tomorrow and bring my kid since I don’t have daycare! Honestly this is why you just don’t get help or the ER sees you after if you attempt and live. Maybe those with no other options will have better luck. Best advice I guess is show up at 7am and pray to get in line."
