"I had a very pleasant experience here. Dr. Benitez is fantastic and all the staff as well. Thank you and definitely recommend!"
"I’ve been trying to get a vasectomy for a year now, each time I make an appointment something goes wrong. The first time they straight up told me no cause they felt I should wait. Second time they said my BRAND NEW insurance expired and later found out it was never fully active, even though a month before they said it was, they told me it wasn’t active an hour before my surgery and then cancelled. Then I had another appointment tomorrow and they said my consent form has expired, I asked if I could just sign a new one and get my surgery, they said it didn’t matter because they were no doctors available anyway. Now I also have to redo the entire process. They DO NOT care about your reproductive health here, go to a different location. This is not the one."
"I cannot recommend this location, enough. From the intake professionals, to the wonderful doctor/ medical staff and even checking out, the experience was seamless. The facility was secure and spotless. The care I received was thoughtful, thorough, personal and respectful. Good job to everyone at this PP! You all put my mind at ease, and I very much appreciate all your help."
"To start off, I was so nervous for my appointment yesterday. I even had to take an anxiety pill prior.. I have never had a papsmear before, due to many previous traumas, so I put it off for many years. But I knew I had to get it done at some point. My doctor was Dr. Lena and she was INCREDIBLE. In all honesty, she is the best doctor I’ve ever had in general and I’ve had many doctors in my life. I wish she could be my PCP! My nurse was also so sweet, but I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but she was so kind and once again, she was the best nurse I’ve ever had in general too. Both were so empathetic, compassionate, and very reassuring. Dr. Lena was very understanding of my situation and why I was so nervous. She guided me through the entire thing and made sure I was okay and comfortable. She was extremely gentle and accommodating and to be honest, I did not feel any pain. It was so quick. I didn’t feel traumatized after my visit at all. It took a lot of courage for me to do this and the nurse even told me she was proud of me. I could not have asked for a better doctor and nurse. I am so glad I was scheduled with these two amazing women. And to add - Dr. Lena is also the ONLY doctor (out of countless doctors over the years) who has told me I should be on POP’s due to my migraines with auras, because the stroke risk is higher. No other doctor, including my neurologist, has told me this and I have been on a combo BC for 9 years. The reviews made me nervous, but my experience was incredible. Highly recommend Dr. Lena and my nurse!! If anyone could remind me of the nurses name, that would be great! As I plan to see them both again in the future. Thank you so much for being such amazing people. ♥️"
"Had a truly terrible experience at this clinic. The bottom line is that they don’t care about your time or your well-being. If you find a lump on your breast as I did, and you’re financially strapped—please do me a favor and lie to them. Tell them you want an annual and just let them address it in the breast check. If you schedule an annual (because you need one!!!) but tell them you found a lump you’d like to be checked (AKA being honest), they will turn you away or charge you a ridiculous amount that doesn’t work with the health access plan they offer. To make it all worse, not a single employee was compassionate. Not one person said “I’m sorry you’re experiencing this” or anything to that affect. It was “pay full price or get no services”. So I got no services and now can’t have a lump checked out. I used to really care about PP—because I thought they helped so many people, especially those experiencing severe difficulties—and my votes reflected that…they won’t any longer."
