Ironically, when she offered an "attendance contract" (to "ensure everyone's on the same page"), it was not aimed at correcting her habitual tardiness, but in response to [my] late arrival on one occasion. (fyi, said late arrival was less than I was used to waiting for her) We have since parted ways, and I do hope that this new clinic figures out how to better serve their patient roster in ways other than cramming them in so unwisely. Currently, its an unfair (hypocritical, and just plain rude) double standard, and I'm being kind with rating 3 stars here, as I'm all but entirely dissatisfied with this end result. At least the parking's free, right? :/"
