"I went to Dr. Bullock for a removal of my toe nail - on the advice of my primary care physician - and was dreading the procedure. Dr. Bullock gave me options for less invasive methods of dealing with my issue. She was terrific! My PCP could and should have recommended these methods but didn't. Dr. Bullock suggested the other methods and I am forever grateful, as I am not one that ever wants a surgical procedure, no matter how routine or simple. I would recommend Dr. Bullock to any and everyone!"

"I felt like Dr.Bullock was very kind but I have had nothing but troubles trying to get my bill taken care of. I have been very patient in waiting for billing staff to help me get this figured out. I was unable to get an itemized receipt for five months. I used my flex spending account and needed the receipt so the charge would be accepted. Due to lack of proof my FSA card was suspended, and I have called, sent emails, and spoke with several staff about the importance of getting this taken care of promptly so I do not lose access to several hundreds of dollars. Now it's been seven months and I still have not received the help that is required on their end to clear this up. I have asked for direct numbers to the billing department and was told the best they could offer was "Relaying the message" I would not advise anyone to go to this clinic due to these troubles. I will not feel comfortable ever returning to a clinic that does not communicate with patients."

"Wow - I'm reading other reviews and really seeing a theme here. I have been so disappointed in both the "care" I received at this clinic, and in the functioning of the clinic. Working with Dr. Bullock was basically her looking at my feet for less than 5 minutes, and deciding I needed custom orthotics. I went for it, insurance didn't cover them (they were almost $500), and I don't feel like they've helped much (I have hallux limitus). When I've tried to talk with her about other options, I got the brush-off. Since then, I haven't returned, but have received many bills that I've had to call about for months at a time to get ahold of anyone. I get mixed responses about whether I actually do or don't need to pay the bill, and was last told that there's nothing else I need to pay. Then, I received a bill postmarked 12/23/23 for about $20 (from service back in December of '22). The bill showed a due date of 12/18. Yes, the bill was due 5 days *before* it was mailed. Since then, I've called multiple times to find out if 1) I actually owe this amount, and 2) to pay. I was told that I do need to pay, but they couldn't accept payment over the phone because their payment system is down. Their online payment system is also down! I just called and left another message - we'll see if I hear back. I highly discourage anyone from working with this clinic."

"This clinic is poorly organized. I had to leave 3-5 voicemails over a 2-month period to receive a returned call regarding a billing matter. This was a trend with the clinic. I had to be persistent to receive a returned call. Dr. Bullock was kind and easy to meet with, but I wouldn't return due to the beyond-frustrating lack of organization/communication from the clinic."
